Mariela Virginia Buonfigli is the controller of personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Purpose of processing

1. Managing requests and communications

To handle and respond to requests for information, enquiries, suggestions or requests made by users through contact forms, email, telephone or any other means of contact.

2. Provision of educational services

To manage the admission, registration and enrolment of students in the various courses, classes, workshops and extracurricular activities. This includes academic monitoring, communication of progress to parents or legal guardians, and administrative management of timetables and certificates.

3. Administrative and billing management

To carry out administrative, accounting and tax management arising from the contractual relationship with our clients, including the issuing of invoices, management of payments and compliance with tax obligations.

4. Commercial and informational communications

Subject to obtaining explicit consent, to send communications about new courses, services, activities, promotions or special events at the Academy that may be of interest to you.

Legal basis

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to manage enrolment and provision of educational services.
• Explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): for sending commercial communications and other specific purposes.
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): for tax obligations and other applicable regulations.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for informational communications to current clients about similar services.

Data retention criteria

Data will be retained for as long as strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Data relating to the contractual relationship will be retained for the duration of that relationship and, once it has ended, for the legally established limitation periods (generally 5 years for personal actions and 6 years for tax purposes).

Recipients

Mariela Virginia Buonfigli (After School) will not share your personal data with third parties except where legally required. Certain external service providers (accountants, web hosting, communication platforms) may process data on our behalf as Data Processors, always under contract and with the guarantees of Art. 28 GDPR.
