Enrol at After School

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE — AFTER SCHOOL

1. PARTIES
After School Academia (hereinafter "After School"), with premises in Sort (Calle Mayor, 23, 25560) and La Pobla de Segur (Avda. de Catalunya B1, Escala 1, 25500), Lleida, and the student or their legal guardian (hereinafter "the Client").

2. SUBJECT MATTER
Enrolment implies acceptance of these terms for the provision of educational services including English tuition, school tutoring, touch typing, artificial intelligence and other training activities offered by After School.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The applicable prices are those shown in the enrolment form and the published rate table. Payment shall be made in the method and at the frequency selected. For monthly direct debit, charges are made in the first 5 days of each calendar month. For quarterly payments, the periods are October, January and April.

4. ENROLMENT FEE
New students will pay a one-time enrolment fee of 50 € at the start. This fee covers initial teaching materials and administrative processing. It is non-refundable.

5. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
To cancel the service, the Client must notify After School in writing (email or message) at least 15 calendar days before the start of the next payment period. Periods already paid will not be refunded. After School reserves the right to terminate the agreement in the event of repeated non-payment or inappropriate behaviour.

6. ATTENDANCE AND MAKE-UP LESSONS
Absence does not entitle the Client to a discount or automatic make-up lesson. After School will endeavour to offer make-up sessions where possible, at the teacher's discretion. Extended, documented illness will be considered on an individual basis.

7. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Your personal data will be processed by After School for the following purposes: (a) managing enrolment and providing the contracted educational service; (b) service-related communications; (c) compliance with legal obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. Data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD). You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing mariela@afterschool.cat or writing to any of our premises.

8. MINORS' DATA
Where the student is under 18, the legal guardian confirms they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement on the student's behalf and accepts these conditions accordingly.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Teaching materials, worksheets and content produced by After School are the exclusive property of the academy and may not be reproduced, distributed or sold without express authorisation.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These conditions are governed by applicable Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
